At Numu, we aim to provide the highest level of flexible region-specific payment and delivery options to ensure you can get the products you need, when you need them.
Payments
Numu currently offers various payment options to provide you with the flexibility you need when purchasing products for your farm.
FawryPay: Pay using Visa, MasterCard or Mobile Wallet through Fawry.
Fawry Cash Point: Pay your order through any of Fawry’s cash points across Egypt at the time and place most convenient for you.
Cash on Delivery: Pay directly with cash (EGP) at time of delivery for orders not exceeding 10,000 EGP.
For orders exceeding 10, 000 EGP, you will be asked to use one of our prepaid methods (ex. Fawry Pay)
Delivery
All orders on Numu are currently fulfilled by Mylerz, our trusted delivery partner in the region. We are currently only accepting orders delivered within Egypt.
The timelines quoted are business days - Sunday to Thursday only, weekends and public holidays are NOT included. They vary depending on the delivery option chosen:
Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted between 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM Sunday to Thursday.
Standard Delivery (Shipments <35KG)
Delivery for all regions to be calculated at checkout.
