Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

Numu offers a full  refund on most orders if you find you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Delivery Box can be opened, but all product packaging must remain intact/unopened.

You can return any product for up to 14 days from the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

Depending on your initial form of payment, you can receive your refund directly or as Numu credit to be used on other purchases. 

How does our return policy work?

1. Initiate a Return: Use the “Return Your Item” form to initiate a return within 30 days of receipt 
2. Schedule Pick-Up: Schedule a pick-up with our logistics partner 
3. Return the Item: Pack the item in its original packaging and hand to the courier at the scheduled pick up time
4. Get your Refund: Once the item has been received and inspected, expect to receive your refund or credit within 5-7 business days.
