How It Works:
- A direct effect of the compound on fungi when used preventively stops infection on the plant by inhibiting the germination of fungal spores and preventing their penetration into the plant.
- An indirect effect of the compound as it efficiently slows down the invasion of pathogens by enhancing the natural defenses within plants, which positively affects the host's sensitivity and strengthens the natural defenses against pathogens.
