About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager/ Specialist will be responsible for executing key marketing programs with an emphasis on brand activation and ideation, new product launches, consumer engagement, experiential activities, marketing toolbox creation and delivery, demand creation, and partnership creation and activation. This role guides the delivery of the brand in Egypt, consistently working across functions and levels of the company to develop brand strategy initiatives and localization plans. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities as well as long-term strategy, thriving under tight deadlines and changing needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Collaborate with management to design and develop all key digital marketing programs, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the seasonal GTM plans
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish and monitor budget guidelines and project status, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
  • Preparing and following up on 360 marketing campaign plans to achieve company goals
  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics
  • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders

Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field. (Advanced degree is a plus.)
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing tools such as CDP, DMP, etc...

- Proven experience using google analytics
