The most effective in controlling all types of annual and perennial weeds.
Clinic 48% non-selective systemic herbicide
Clinic contains 48% isopropylamine salt, which is equivalent to 36% glyphosate acid. It is considered one of the best herbicides that have appeared in recent years in the world, due to its great effectiveness in controlling all types of annual, perennial, thin and broad-leaved weeds.
How It Works:
Clinic 48% is a systemic herbicide that is absorbed by the leaves of weeds and vegetative parts and transmitted through the plant juice to the roots and rhizomes, where it inhibits the activity of important enzymes for the synthesis of some amino acids needed to build proteins, which leads to stopping the growth of treated weeds and eliminating them completely and thus not growing again .
Symptoms of weed death begin after 3-5 days of use on annual weeds, or 2-3 weeks in the case of perennial weeds.
Features:
• Clinic 48 ensures that all types of weeds and rhizomes are completely eliminated and that they will not grow again, unlike the hoeing process, which leads to an increase in the growth and reproduction of weeds.
• Clinic 48% controls a wide range of grass, broadleaf and aquatic weeds with high efficiency, even those that have acquired resistance to other herbicides.
• Clinic 48% is safe on farm animals and honey bees and does not leave any residual effect in the soil and therefore does not affect the following crops
Recommendations and Uses:
Weed Types | Uses | Dose | Date of Application |
Cynodon | Fruit Gardens | 2.5 L/120-200 L water/feddan | When the grass is 15-20 cm high |
Nutsedges | Fruit Gardens | 2.5 L/120-200 L water/feddan | Using two sprays during the season:
- When the sedge is 10-20 cm high, at a rate of 2.5 L/feddan. - 1-2 months after the first, at a rate of 1.5 L/feddan. |
Cogon grass, phragmites, arundo, brambles | Canals, drains, railway bridges | 2.5 L/feddan | When the weeds are in full vegetative growth and full activity |
Broad and thin-leaved annuals | Potatoes | 1 L/150 L of water | After weeds grow, spraying should be done before any vegetative growth of potato tubers appears |
Hallucinatory | Fava Beans | 75 cm³(three sprays)/feddan | The first spray is with the beginning of flowering The second is 3 weeks after the first spray The third is 3 weeks after the second spray |
Notes to consider when spraying:
- When spraying, it is taken into account that the weeds are in a state of full growth and activity and that the vegetative growth is of an appropriate size to ensure adequate absorption of the pesticide.
- Spraying should be done after irrigation for a suitable period (3-7 days) to ensure weed activity and increase its absorption capacity, while avoiding spraying if rain is expected within 6 hours.
- It is important not to spray when there is a wind, to avoid splashing the pesticide spray on the neighboring crops and not harming them.
- Spraying is taken into account using high-efficiency screws such as TK1 to obtain a homogeneous spray on the treated weed surfaces, especially in the case of perennial weeds.
