Numu Market LLC (“Numu”, “Us”, “We”, “Our”) fully owns, and operates an online marketplace platform and search engine (the “Platform”), which can be found on the following link: [www.numumarket.com] that helps farmers, producers, and traders (the “Seller(s)”) find buyers (the “Buyer(s)” and together with the Seller(s), the “User(s)”, “You”, “Your”) through online and offline advertisements and other actions.

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) deﬁnes what Data We collect about You and how We use and process Your Data for the purpose of enabling Numu marketplace in connecting buyers and sellers to offer, use agricultural services and other specialized services (the “Services”) that We provide You through the Platform (“Purpose”).

Please read attentively this Privacy Policy as well as the Seller Policy, Code of Conduct, and Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) before proceeding to register, apply for and/or request or use Our Services.

Numu shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for any negligence or failure by a User as a result of not reading the Privacy Policy before using the Services, or the Platform. For the avoidance of doubt, You agree that accessing or using the Services, or the Platform is by itself deemed an acknowledgement of having read and accepted the Privacy Policy, as amended from time.

By subscribing to the Platform or using the Services, You agree for Us to collect, use, and process Your Data for the Purpose in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and in compliance with the applicable Data protection law in the Arabic Republic of Egypt (“Territory”).

Your payment Data We do not store or process Your card details ourselves, they are processed and stored via Our contracted licensed third-party service provider. We encrypt Your payment card details in Your browser and securely transfer this Data to Our third-party payment provider to process a payment. We also do not collect or have access to your bank account details or Data unless expressly authorized to do so and without prejudice to the applicable law in this respect. Collection, Use and Processing of Your Data

For the purposes set forth, You hereby agree and authorize Numu to collect, use and process Your Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For the purposes mentioned above, Numu may use, process, retain or share Your Data with third parties, including Numu services providers and other entities Numu subsidiaries, affiliates and sister companies inside or outside the Territory. Your Data will be processed, retained, and used by Numu, Numu service providers or other Numu entities. It means that Your Data may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of the Territory. The transfer of Your Data will be without prejudice of the applicable laws in this respect.

Sensitive Data

We neither collect nor store any sensitive personal Data regarding Our Users or Platform visitors, which include personal Data that pertain to their psychological, mental, medical, physical or genetic state, biometric Data, religious beliefs, political opinions, financial status and security status. In all cases, Data relating to children (under the age of 18) is considered sensitive Data. Disclosing sensitive Data without observance of the applicable law requirements would expose you to legal consequences. Consequently, You shall be liable for disclosing any sensitive Data to Numu and Numu shall not assume or be held liable for any sensitive personal Data disclosed or submitted from Your side, whether voluntarily or not. Numu reserves the right to remove and destroy any Data that is deemed sensitive and provided in breach of the applicable law.

Children’s Privacy Policy

It is not permissible to use or share children Data with Numu without relevant requisite approval under the applicable law. Our Services does not address anyone under the age of 18. Please note Numu does not knowingly collect, keep, maintain or use any children’s personal Data. Numu shall thus not be held liable for any children’s Data You willingly provide to Us. Any Data disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if You provide personal Data.

How you can help us protect your information

Please keep in mind that whenever You voluntarily disclose personal Data online in non-protected environments - for example on message boards, through email, or in chat areas - that Data can be collected and used by others. In short, if You post personal Data online that is accessible to the public, You may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any Data You transmit to us, and You do so at Your own risk.
