What is Numu?

Numu is MENA’s first marketplace for agricultural products, digitally connecting retailers and farmers to their suppliers through an easy-to-use online platform.

Who is Numu for?

Numu was built for retailers and farmers in the MENA region looking for a better and cheaper way to acquire agricultural products from their farms, from seeds and fertilizers to general farming equipment. 

How do I register?

Although registering is not required to buy on Numu, doing so does allow for a more personalized experience and faster checkout by saving payment and delivery information. You can create an account through our registration page.

What products will I find on Numu?

Currently Numu provides a selection of agricultural inputs, including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and farming equipment. 

What if I can’t find the product I am looking for?

Our agriculture engineers aim to source the highest quality products from known and trusted suppliers, ensuring any product sold on our platform is qualified to ensure the best inputs for our customers.

How do I find products on Numu?

Search for products either directly in the search bar found on the top of our website or by browsing one of our product categories in the category dropdown (top left).

How can I buy products on Numu?

Once you have found a product you are interested in, you can add it to your cart by clicking on ‘Add to Cart’. From there, either continue shopping or ‘Go to Checkout’ in order to enter your delivery and payment information and receive your product!

What if I need help deciding which product is right for me?

We value a good harvest above all. If you are unsure which product is right for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with one of our technical experts to assist you in your buying decision. Contact us info@numumarket.com at and we will put you in touch with the relevant product expert.

How will products be shipped to me?

All products will be shipped via ground delivery through our trusted logistics partner. Products can be delivered via standard ground delivery throughout Egypt or same day dispatch in some areas. See our Delivery & Payments page for more information.

What payment options do I have for my orders?

Numu currently offers various payment options to provide you with the flexibility you need when purchasing products for your farm.

FawryPay: Pay using Visa, MasterCard or Mobile Wallet through Fawry.

Fawry Cash Point: Pay your order through any of Fawry’s cash points across Egypt at the time and place most convenient for you.

Cash on Delivery: Pay directly with cash (EGP) at time of delivery.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Yes, Numu offers free return on all orders and shipping if you find you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. See our Return Policy for more information.
